Two ways to work with me

One rebuilds the body. The other rebuilds the standards around it. Both are private, one-to-one, and taken by application.

Tier One

Private Performance & Movement Coaching

This is one-to-one coaching in a closed studio. We don't count reps and call it a session. We rebuild how you move, work with your digestion and energy rather than against it, and line your nutrition up with the strength work you're actually doing. Every session is private — no queues, no commercial gym floor, no one watching.

  • Full movement and posture assessment before anything gets loaded
  • Strength programming built around your mechanics, not a template
  • Nutrition matched to your training, energy and digestion
  • Completely private studio — one client at a time
  • Progress tracked session by session, adjusted as you change

Best for: professionals who want serious, unhurried coaching in private.

What's included and how often you train is agreed at the consultation.

Tier Two

Sovereign Performance Systems

This isn't casual life coaching. It's a structured, measured programme that audits how you actually live and rebuilds it around five pillars. You work to a daily standards tracker and we review it together — where the leaks are, what's slipping, and what gets tightened next. The goal is simple: your personal standards match the ones you hold in your business.

  • Physical discipline — training that fits a real schedule and gets done
  • Hydration and recovery built into the working day
  • Nutrition density, not restriction — food that supports the workload
  • Psychological containment — managing pressure without it leaking outward
  • Boundaries that hold, so your time stops being everyone else's

Best for: leaders, owners and operators who want structure, not motivation.

How it works

The same four steps, either tier

The shape of the work is the same whichever tier you take. What gets assessed and built is what differs.

01

Consultation

An informal conversation about what you want, where you're starting from, and whether I'm the right coach for it.

02

Assessment

An honest baseline. For Tier One that's how you move and where it's restricted. For Tier Two it's how your week actually runs and where the standards are slipping.

03

Build

Your programme built from that baseline — strength and nutrition on Tier One, daily standards and boundaries on Tier Two. Reviewed and adjusted as you go.

04

Maintain

What you've built has to hold once the initial phase is done, so the gains don't quietly reverse.

Common questions

The things people ask before they start

I've never trained properly before — am I too unfit to start?

+

No. Most people who come to me are starting from somewhere they're not happy with, and that's the point. The first session is an assessment, not a workout you have to survive. Everything is scaled to what you can do on the day, and it moves at your pace.

Will anyone else be in the studio while I train?

+

No. The studio takes one client at a time. There's no gym floor, no queue for equipment and no one watching you learn. For a lot of my clients that's the single reason they were able to start at all.

I've got an old injury or I'm coming back from surgery. Can you work with that?

+

Yes, and it's a big part of why the assessment comes first. We work out what moves well, what doesn't, and what needs to be built back up before it's loaded. Nothing gets pushed until it's ready — if anything, I'll hold you back rather than let you rush it.

How often would I need to train?

+

That depends on your goals and, realistically, your schedule. We'll agree something you can actually sustain rather than a plan that looks good and collapses in week three. Consistency at a lower frequency beats an ambitious plan you abandon.

I've tried personal training before and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?

+

Usually it didn't stick because the programme was generic, the attention was split, or nothing outside the sessions changed. After fifteen years of coaching I've seen where people fall off, and it's rarely willpower. Here it's one-to-one, built from your assessment, and your nutrition and habits are coached alongside the training — not left as an afterthought.

What does it cost?

+

Private Performance & Movement Coaching is £180 a month. Sovereign Performance Systems is £200 a month. Both are monthly rather than locked into a long block, and exactly what's included is agreed at the consultation before you commit to anything.

Where is the studio?

+

22 South Road, Saffron Walden, Essex CB11 3DL. Clients travel in from across north-west Essex and the surrounding villages, and because everything runs by appointment there's no waiting around when you arrive.

What happens at the consultation?

+

It's a conversation, not a sales pitch. We talk through what you want, where you're starting from, any history I need to know about, and how the two tiers work. If I'm not the right coach for what you need, I'll say so.

Next step

Not sure which tier fits?

Most people aren't, and that's what the consultation is for. Tell me what you're after and I'll tell you honestly which one — if either — is right.
